In this lesson, we will drive deeper into understanding our customers better and uncovering new ways that we can provide them with value to give them a whole unique and special experience. Some of the insights we drive from this will be used to improve our business model canvas.
We will also map out personas for our customers that will help us understand our customers better. Remember, whatever you think that you know about customers is just a hypothesis. You need to validate all your assumptions about the customer before you move on. How do we validate our hypotheses?
